The bubble's pull was strong
framed size: 580 x 430mm
I found this complete kina shell on a recent walk in Tawharanui Regional Park - a family favourite for exploring - and we all marvelled at it. It's bubble-like texture and shape immediately made me think of life under lockdown. Although I have young children; life in our bubble was slower and more mindful. The divers not only connect to the ocean, but also symbolise the protective aspects of going about our daily business during Covid 19.
