Every effort is made to have all pricing correct within our website. However, we reserve the right to refuse the supply of any product with a price error within 48hours.
Supply and Delivery:
Products are generally available for immediate delivery. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified within 48 hours from time of ordering.
No returns will be accepted on a ‘change of mind’ basis, so please be sure before you buy. All returns must comply with the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability as to Shipping Errors:
If we do ship the wrong product to you or leave out a certain product from a package, our procedure and policy for resolving the problem is the following:
– Flagstaff Gallery Ltd will verify that an item was left out of a package by going over receipts and what was shipped.
– If we clearly see that an item has been left out of the package, we will ship the item to you at no charge using the most efficient shipping method available.
If an artwork is damaged in transit, our procedure and policy for resolving the problem is the following:
– Flagstaff Gallery Ltd will verify that an artwork was damaged in shipping, we take no responsibility for artworks damaged through mishandling.
– If this is the case we will either send you a replacement, refund you the full amount and arrange for collection or organize repair at no extra cost.

We will ship all items ordered on this website using Pack and Send, Now Couriers or NZ Post. The cost includes comprehensive insurance our brokers are Crombie Lockwood with the Insurers being:

Certain Underwriters at Lloyds (Administered by OMPL)
The cost of this service is determined by the value of the art work and the size of the piece to be shipped. The art works are generally shipped within 2 working days of the order being placed. Orders should arrive with you within 3 working days within New Zealand and within 10 days globally of your order being placed. Tracking details for most artworks is available.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds:
Flagstaff Gallery Ltd. wants you to love your art so in the case of an artwork return we will happily offer you store credit for the full amount, valid for one year. Due to the nature of our business we are unable to offer cash refunds unless in the event of an artwork damaged during shipping.
In the event of a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your artwork, stating your purchase details, the reason for return* and your preferred collection date (must be within 3 working days). We will schedule a courier to collect the artwork* and will do our best to refund your artwork quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days from when it arrives back into the gallery.
If you wish to cancel your online order, please contact Flagstaff Gallery Ltd. directly within 24hours and we will either be able to offer you a cash refund (minus a small transaction fee) or store credit for the full amount paid.
*We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn.
*Client is liable for return courier costs.
