Commissioned for Socially Distanced Yet Creatively Connected, an exhibition in response to the global pandemic and inspired by our collective experience of lockdown.
Artist’s statement:
To be honest lockdown did not change my routine, as an artist I have isolated lifestyle anyway, so outside my world has stayed almost the same. However inside it has changed for good. During lockdown I have learned very important thing how TO LIVE IN THE MOMENT! With all of the uncertainty in the world I was finally able to leave my future and the past alone and just enjoy my life day by day. It is amazing feeling I could not to get for a long time. It definitely gave me more freedom and energy in my work.
