Hand Picked New Zealand Shells, Gold Metal Leaf and Aerosol Paint
This artwork was inspired by the internal angle of the “Battle Axe” shell. Its shape perfectly fits into the internal corner angle of the quatrefoil. Every single shells has been individually painted gold on the other side to lift the lightness of the artwork and to harmonise with the surrounding gold leaf.
